Client Reviews

In June of 2011, TIER received a client expression of thanks to the outstanding group of individuals that were involved in the handling and cleaning of animal specimens.

"Kevin O'Neil, Katie Hockenberry, Cameron Smith, and Danielle Rosser, under the leadership of Pam McCalicher, did a truly dedicated and professional job on a project that has been debated over the past two years.  Their efforts again support the position that customer / supplier relationships are more beneficial, effective and cost-effective compared to the philosophy of "what's cheap is good".  Please thank them for a great job done".

Employee of the Month

Congratulations to the following individuals !!!

October 2011:  Pamela McCalicher

Pam willingly used her experience and training over the past eight (8) years to assist individuals taking on new roles in TIER's Transportation Department.  Pam continued to function at 100% capacity in her role as Lab Pack Project Manager, simultaneously.  These efforts are truly above and beyond expectations and should be appreciated by all.  Congratuations, Pam.

November 2011:  Brian Miani and Katie Hockenberry

Brian and Katie were assigned to a multi-month Lab Pack project, in which the scope of work was very tedious, not in the best of work environments, and many nights away from home.  Throughout it all, Brian and Katie maintained a positive outlook, and a friendly, professional demeanor.  The client was very impressed with Brian and Katie, as well as all our crews, which led to a very successful project.  Their efforts helped to secure a very valuable client to TIER.  Congratulations, Brian and Katie.

December 2011:  Mark Kowalsky

Mark uses the time he spends in front of clients and vendors loading or unloading trucks to forge relationships with various contacts.  The value of these relationships were more than apparent in this particular instance, when Mark was able to obtain an additional delivery slot into a disposal facility, when initially told no additional slots were available.  Also, Mark was willing to load, transport, and unload this additional load of waste, which made one of TIER's longest and most valuable client's very happy and appreciative of the service provided.  As we all know, keeping the client happy and coming back is key to the company's success and beneficial to all.  Congratuations, Mark.
