Conveniently located off Interstate I-190 in Niagara Falls, NY, TIER provides chemical vessel cleaning required for change in cargo or inspections. TIER provides proper, efficient removal of heels and residues.

With 7 operational bays, TIER offers the following services:

• Railcar cleaning services with indoor storage of up to 16 railcars. Facility is accessible from anywhere in the U.S. & Canada via rail.
• Tote, Drum, and ISO Container cleaning.
• Cleaning of Over the Road vehicles such as Tankers, Vacuum Trailers, Dump Trailers, and Roll-off Containers.
• TIER also provides Dome Gaskets, Valve Packing and other minor repairs required by transporters.
• Fully permitted facility capable of handling many types of Chemical Residues.
• Uniquely qualified to handle high hazard and hard to handle residues including reactive metal projects.

TIER’s New York office is a 36,000 square foot facility sitting on 3.75 acres.
